Description
Caribbean Appartment.
Our 2nd floor apartment has two double bedrooms and two shower rooms, and will sleep four people.  The apartment is supplied with bed linens and towels and has a fully equipped kitchenette.  Hot and cold water is available all day (unlike many apartments which experience water restrictions especially during high season). 

The apartment complex is small and discreet with a private swimming pool, gardens and parking area.  From the pool area you cross directly onto Playa El Cardon, a quiet beach with golden sands and clear warm water.  Further along the beach you will find bars restaurants, the fish market and a variety of shops.  All the major tourist attractions are easily reached by public transport, taxi or hire car
Price, Terms & Payment:
We charge $500 per week (or $72 per day with a minimum of 3 days stay.)  Payment is direct to bank account or paypal account.  A deposit of 25% is required to reserve the apartment with the balance of payment due 6 weeks before arrival.  If arrival is within 6 weeks full payment is required.  A $200 cash deposit is required on arrival.  This is returned on departure after a satisfactory check out. Inexpensive price for long term rental ( one months or more)
